Terms & Conditions — 1131gg Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the 1131gg Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 1131gg strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years old. This is a non-negotiable requirement and will be enforced through KYC document verification prior to any withdrawal.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from 1131gg or any affiliated platform, and you are not subject to a self-exclusion order that you have voluntarily placed.
• You are of sound mind and are acting voluntarily. You are not accessing the Platform under duress or in a state of intoxication.
• The use of online betting services is not prohibited under any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 1131gg is lawful in the country, province, or territory from which you access the Platform.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP), nor are you subject to any financial sanctions under applicable international law.

1131gg reserves the right to request additional eligibility documentation at any time and to suspend access to any account while verification is pending.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 1131gg Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or residential address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), a valid email address, a mobile telephone number, and your date of birth. 1131gg relies on this information for account management, withdrawal verification, and responsible gaming oversight. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). 1131gg strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify 1131gg immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account by contacting [email protected].

1131gg may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason. This includes applications from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, or where 1131gg has determined that regulatory risk exists.

All financial transactions on 1131gg are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and transaction limits applicable at the time of the transaction:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits: Deposits are processed instantly for all supported payment methods during normal operating hours. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the 1131gg account. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where possible, minus any applicable transfer fees. If a return is not possible, the funds may be held pending investigation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawals to major Indonesian banks are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, daily). Processing times may be extended during peak periods, national holidays (including Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day), or where additional verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

1131gg does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees, which are beyond 1131gg's control. Players are advised to check with their financial institution for applicable inter-bank transfer charges.

Funds held in a Player account do not accrue interest. 1131gg maintains Player funds in segregated accounts and does not use Player balances for operational purposes.

1131gg offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback rewards, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms, which are published alongside each offer. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

The following general bonus rules apply across all 1131gg promotio ns unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above who have completed KYC verification.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a specific bonus offer once only, unless the promotional terms expressly permit multiple claims.
• Bonuses must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 with a 10x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of Rp 1.000.000 before withdrawal eligibility is activated.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, togel, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting. Any unused bonus balance and associated winnings remaining at the expiry date will be forfeited without notice.
• 1131gg reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, and to withhold bonus payments where fraudulent or abusive behavior is suspected.

All bets placed on 1131gg are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product vertical. Detailed rules for each market — including football (bandar bola), togel, live casino, and slots — are published within the respective product sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on 1131gg:

• A bet is deemed accepted and binding once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform. Verbal or implied acceptance is not valid.
• Odds and prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. 1131gg operates on a "best odds at time of confirmation" basis.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — including but not limited to odds that are manifestly incorrect relative to the true market — 1131gg reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the original stake to the Player's account.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to the combined odds of all selected outcomes. If any leg of a mix parlay is voided, the remaining legs shall be settled as if the voided leg had not been included.
• For live betting markets, connectivity disruptions or data feed interruptions may result in the temporary suspension of markets. Bets placed immediately prior to a suspension may be voided at the Platform's discretion if the integrity of the market cannot be confirmed.
• Winnings from settled bets will be credited to the Player's account balance within two (2) minutes of final result confirmation under normal operating conditions.

1131gg reserves the right to restrict or limit betting activity on any market, account, or event at any time and without prior notice, where such restriction is deemed necessary in the interests of market integrity or risk management.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1131gg Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the actions below will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identity documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not authorized by 1131gg.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected technical fault must be reported to support and will not be honored.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity that facilitates the concealment of funds from criminal activity. 1131gg complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated live casino betting strategies.
• Placing bets on any match, event, or game in which the Player has insider knowledge or a direct influence over the outcome.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform's servers, networks, or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1131gg staff or other Players through any communication channel.

1131gg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the Platform.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction or closure.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period exceeding 180 consecutive days may be classified as dormant. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied or funds being transferred to a suspended balance.

Where an account is closed by 1131gg due to a material breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5–10 WIB business days, subject to standard AML checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for responsible gaming reasons may do so by contacting [email protected]. Such requests will be processed as self-exclusion and are described in further detail in Clause 12 (Responsible Gaming).

All content on the 1131gg Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1131gg or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written authorization.
• Creating derivative works based on any element of the Platform's design or software.
• Using the 1131gg brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written consent.
• Screen-scraping, data mining, or systematically extracting content from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorized use of 1131gg intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action. Third-party game content (including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) is licensed to 1131gg and remains the intellectual property of the respective studios.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 1131gg's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their 1131gg account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1131gg expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, Platform downtime, or technical failures that are outside 1131gg's reasonable control, including failures of third-party payment processors, telecommunications infrastructure, or internet service providers operating in Indonesia.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on any information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform that contains errors introduced by data feed providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to maintain adequate account security (e.g., sharing login credentials, failure to enable 2FA).
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature, whether or not 1131gg was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 1131gg's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other type of liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

1131gg collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Financial transaction data (including bank account details and e-wallet identifiers) is stored using 256-bit SSL encryption and is never shared with unauthorized third parties.
• 1131gg may share anonymized or aggregated data with game providers for analytical purposes. No personally identifiable information is included in such data.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified period of active play has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from betting may request a temporary self-exclusion period (30, 60, 90, or 180 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: The Platform displays session duration and net win/loss information at regular intervals to help Players maintain awareness of their activity.

Your continued use of the 1131gg Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining verified balance.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 1131gg recommends that Players check this page at least once per calendar quarter, or whenever a notification of change is received.

1131gg operates as an international online betting platform. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1131gg is incorporated as an international operator.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 1131gg, the following procedure applies:

1. Informal Resolution: The Player must first contact 1131gg's customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute and the resolution sought. 1131gg will endeavor to respond within 5 WIB business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved informally within 10 WIB business days, the Player may escalate the matter to a formal written complaint addressed to 1131gg's compliance team. 1131gg will respond to formal complaints within 15 WIB business days.
3. External Resolution: If no satisfactory resolution is reached through the above steps, either party may pursue resolution through arbitration or applicable legal channels in accordance with the governing jurisdiction's laws.

Players acknowledge that online gambling operates in a legally complex environment in Indonesia. By using 1131gg, Players confirm that they have independently assessed the legality of their participation and accept sole responsibility for compliance with any local regulations applicable to them.
